This is a print of the famous photograph "Raising the Flag on Iwo Jima". The origin of the print is unknown, and it is impossible to determine if this photo is from the same roll as the others in this gallery.

The photo took place atop Mount Suribachi during the battle of Iwo Jima. The soldiers in the photo are as follows: Franklin Sousley, Harlon Block, Michael Strank, John Bradley, Rene Gagnon, and Ira Hayes.
